Outboard General Services
Our service department is fully equipped with factory-authorized, manufacturer-certified technicians. We are an authorized service center for Mercury, and Yamaha outboards, offering both sales and service—including warranty work, routine maintenance, and engine repairs. Our team brings expert knowledge and experience across all three brands.
Major Outboard Damage Warranty & Repair
In cases of significant internal engine failures—including cracked cylinders, piston wear, or crankshaft failure—we provide comprehensive power-head replacement services. We supply and install factorynew power-head assemblies, each backed by a manufacturer’s warranty to ensure optimal reliability and performance. For lower unit failures resulting from collisions, impact damage, or severe operational wear, we exclusively install OEM factory-new lower units. All replacements are covered by a full warranty, guaranteeing OEM standards and durability.
Engine Control Module (ECM) / Engine Control Unit (ECU)
The ECM/ECU serves as the central processor for engine management, overseeing and regulating critical engine functions. When issues arise, our certified technicians utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify the root cause. We analyze stored error codes and leverage direct communication with factory engineers to access real-time engine performance data. This comprehensive approach enables precise diagnosis and efficient resolution of engine performance and operational problems.
Parts & Fluids
Our facility maintains a comprehensive inventory of OEM parts and fluids to ensure rapid turnaround and minimal downtime. Inventory management systems are rigorously maintained to provide accurate, real-time availability data, enabling efficient processing of parts orders and OEM inquiries. Service appointments are scheduled with precision, supported by detailed diagnostics and parts information to optimize workflow and customer communication. We stock a full range of marine-grade OEM fluids, including specialized lubricants formulated to meet stringent specifications for marine engines, hydraulic systems, and gearboxes, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
